THIS IS THE PLACE TO DO BUSINESS!! FIVE STAR RATING!!
I was skeptical at first to order from you by email, as I couldn't call my order in without talking to a person on the phone.
However, I placed an order for a watch winder and received it in two days with no problem. BUT, I did have a problem with the winder after a couple of weeks. No fault of yours, just a factory defect. As soon as I contacted you by email, you answered me telling me to return it and shipped out another immediately. You answered my emails as fast as I wrote them and made me a very happy customer!!
You are an honest businessman with a commitment for customer support and service and you gained another customer's confidence in the process!!

I have to admit, I have never communicated with an Internet Based company with the level of customer service of Steinhausen Overnight.com. As a matter of fact – the level of service with most brick and mortar companies do not match your customer service. Amazing!

I believe your company is an example of how Internet based companies can provide a quality product and the “high touch” customer service we are accustomed to at retail stores. You actually respond to emails! Because so many Internet based companies struggle with customer service – your company stands head and shoulders above many, many other companies.
